  IMPORTANT PENSION UPDATE नमस्कार जय हिन्द पेंशन से संबंधित कुछ महत्वपूर्व तथ्य और जानकारी :  (क) डिसेबिलिटी पेंशन  जिन लोगों को पीस एरिया में  लौ मेडिकल केटेगरी हो जाती है , फ़ौज उनको डिसेबिलिटी पेंशन नहीं देती है। ऐसे सभी लोग डिसेबिलिटी पेंशन के हक़दार है । उनको आर्म्ड फोर्सेज ट्रिब्यूनल से डिसेबिलिटी पेंशन मिल जाती है। शुगर , बीपी , हार्ट प्रॉब्लम , पीठ की प्रॉब्लम , आँखों की प्रॉब्लम , या अन्य कोई भी बीमारी जो सर्विस के दौरान हुई हो वो सब डिसेबिलिटी पेंशन की लिए योग्य है।  (ख) जिन लोगों को रिटायरमेंट के सात साल के अंदर भी कोई बीमारी हुई हो वो भी डिसेबिलिटी पेंशन के हक़दार हैं।  (ग ) जिन लोगों को १० साल से पहले मेडिकल बोर्ड आउट कर के बहार निकल दिया जाता है वो भी डिसेबिलिटी पेंशन के हक़दार हैं।   (घ ) डीएससी के जो लोग मेडिकल केटेगरी की वजह से नौकरी पूरी नहीं कर पते हैं वो भी मेडिकल पेंशन के हक़दार हैं।  (च ) अगर कोई मेडिकल केटेगरी में नौकरी से निकल दिया गया था और वो मर चुके हैं तो वो उनको पत्नी को भी पेंशन का हक़ है। अधिक जानकारी हेतु सम्पर्क कर सकते हैं 9718246349
