MACP से संबंधित महत्तवपूर्ण जानकारी, जो आपको पता होनी चाहिए

(क) 8, 16 और 24 साल में प्रमोशन नहीं मिलने पर फ़ौज के द्वारा पेमेंट बढ़ा दी जाती है। लेकिन प्रायः यह देखा जाता है की हमारे जवानो को यह लाभ नहीं मिल पता है क्यूंकि कमांडिंग अफसर अपनी मर्जी से जिसको   चाहे उसको MACP  का लाभ दे देते हैं।  लेकिन आपको यह जानना चाहिए की  आपके UNWILLING का  MACP  पर कोई असर नहीं होता है।  अगर UNWILLING के वजह से आपको MACP नहीं मिला है तो आपको आर्म्ड फोर्सेज ट्रिब्यूनल के द्वारा यह लाभ मिल सकता है।

 

(ख़) अगर किसी के FSA या PPO  से किसी प्रकार की रिकवरी हुई है तो वो रिकवरी भी वापस मिल सकती है।  MAINLY ये रिकवरी MACP के नाम पर की जाती है की आपको अधिक पेमेंट हो गया इसलिए रिकवरी ली जारही है।

 

(ग) अगर किसी वेटेरन के पेंशन से रिकवरी हो रही है तो वो रिकवरी भी रुक जाती है और जो रिकवरी हुई है वह वापस मिल जाता है।

 

(घ ) 2006  से पहले 10, 20  और 30 साल की नौकरी पर ACP मिलता था।  जिन लोगों को उसका फयदा नहीं मिला है वो भी इसके लिए प्रयास कर सकते हैं

6. *Appeals and Grievances:* There are provisions for employees to appeal or address grievances related to the MACP if they believe they meet the criteria but have not received the benefits as per the scheme's guidelines.
