होनी चाहिए
(क) 8, 16 और 24 साल में प्रमोशन नहीं मिलने पर फ़ौज के द्वारा पेमेंट बढ़ा दी जाती
है। लेकिन प्रायः यह देखा जाता है की हमारे जवानो को यह लाभ नहीं मिल पता है
क्यूंकि कमांडिंग अफसर अपनी मर्जी से जिसको
चाहे उसको MACP का
लाभ दे देते हैं। लेकिन आपको यह जानना
चाहिए की आपके UNWILLING का MACP
पर कोई असर नहीं होता है।
अगर UNWILLING के वजह से आपको MACP नहीं मिला है तो आपको आर्म्ड फोर्सेज
ट्रिब्यूनल के द्वारा यह लाभ मिल सकता है।
(ख़) अगर किसी के FSA या PPO
से किसी प्रकार की रिकवरी हुई है तो वो रिकवरी भी वापस मिल सकती
है। MAINLY ये रिकवरी MACP
के
नाम पर की जाती है की आपको अधिक पेमेंट हो गया इसलिए रिकवरी ली जारही है।
(ग) अगर किसी वेटेरन के पेंशन से रिकवरी हो रही है तो वो रिकवरी भी
रुक जाती है और जो रिकवरी हुई है वह वापस मिल जाता है।
(घ ) 2006 से
पहले 10, 20 और 30 साल
की नौकरी पर ACP मिलता था। जिन लोगों को उसका
फयदा नहीं मिला है वो भी इसके लिए प्रयास कर सकते हैं ।
