IMPORTANT PENSION UPDATE FOR DEFENCE PENSIONERS

प्रिय दिग्गजों,


1. सभी दिग्गजों को सूचित किया जाता है कि किसी पेंशनभोगी की मृत्यु पर, पारिवारिक पेंशन के लिए मामला शुरू करने के लिए मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र के साथ स्पर्श को ऑनलाइन सूचित करना आवश्यक है। ऐसा करते समय यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र में दिया गया नाम पीपीओ में दिए गए नाम से मेल खाना चाहिए।

2. अतीत में ऐसे मामले सामने आए हैं जिनमें पीपीओ और मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र में नाम के बेमेल होने के कारण पारिवारिक पेंशन के लिए मामला शुरू करने में संबंधित व्यक्ति को कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ा था।

3. कृपया इसके बारे में सूचित रहें और बाद के चरण में जटिलताओं से बचने के लिए अंतिम संस्कार समारोह में भाग लेने के दौरान पीपीओ में दिए गए नाम के साथ मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने के लिए अपने एनओके या मृत वयोवृद्ध के अन्य रिश्तेदारों को मार्गदर्शन करें।

It is to inform
all veterans, that on demise
of a pensioner, the demise is required to be reported
to SPARSH online alongwith death certificate for initiation of case for Family Pension. While doing so,
it must be ensured that name in the death certificate should match with that in the PPO.

 

2.          
In the past there have been cases wherein difficulties were faced
by the NOK for initiation of case
for Family Pension due to mismatch
of name in the PPO and death certificate.

 

3.      
Kindly be informed of the same and guide your NOK
or the other relatives
of the deceased veteran to obtain death certificate with the name as in the PPO when attending funeral function
to avoid complications at later stage.
